To qualify for our exclusive maintenance program discounts, customers must maintain a regular carpet cleaning schedule as follows:
The first clean that is booked with us will be charged at the original rate provided. The following cleans that are booked after the first clean will be discounted, and the discount rate is based on the frequency of cleans that are booked by the customer.
- 10% Discount: Customers must utilize our carpet cleaning services at least two (2) times per year.
- 15% Discount: Customers must utilize our carpet cleaning services at least once per quarter (every three months), totaling four (4) cleanings per year.
These regular cleanings help maintain the appearance and longevity of your carpets, ensuring you enjoy a consistently fresh and healthy environment while benefiting from great savings.
Pricing: (First Time Clean)
- Any room that exceeds 250 square feet is considered 2 (two) rooms
- For 4 (four) rooms or less it is $150.00 Minimum Cleaning Fee
- For 5 (five) rooms or more it is $35.00 per room
